The Wisconsin Kringle started in Racine Wisconsin and is a Danish Pastry. The dough is folded over and over making layers of flaky texture. The dough is rolled out and filled with brown sugar and cinnamon and whatever desired filling. Lastly, it is iced in our homemade danish icing. A family recipe that comes from Wisconsin, Lisa's birthplace.
